1. Teragonia Security. Teragonia will operate and maintain the Technology Services and the Services, and will provide the Technology Services to Customer, in a manner that at all times complies with the terms of Teragonia’s Information Security SaaS Agreement (“ISA”), available at [https://teragonia.com/legal/infosec]. Teragonia’s operation of the Technology Services will, at all times, comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations respecting the privacy and protection of any Personal Data, applicable security requirements, and accepted industry standards for the information and data security.
2. Teragonia Malware Protection. The software, code base, features, and functions of the Technology Services will be substantially and materially free of any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any systems, data, personal information, or property of another. Teragonia will operate and use commercially reasonable and/or industry standard software and solutions to identify, detect, deter, and protect against viruses, malware, ransomware, and other malicious code. To the extent any malicious code is discovered in the Technology Services, Teragonia will use best efforts to fully eradicate and remove the malicious code as expeditiously as possible.
3. Customer’s Security Obligations. Customer will be provided one or more Administrator account(s) to the Technology Services and will be able to add, change, and remove Authorized Users, and to add, change, remove, and otherwise control the access rights and permissions of each Authorized User of Customer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will be the responsibility of Customer, and Customer’s Administrator(s) and Authorized Users, to safeguard any and all applicable usernames, passwords, and other user credentials of its Administrator(s) and Authorized Users, and to manage and provide appropriate permissions and access rights to each individual Authorized User. Customer will be responsible for any unauthorized access, disclosure, security incident, breach of confidentiality, or data breach that arises out of or relates to Customer’s, or its Administrator’s or Authorized User’s, failure to adequately or appropriately safeguard any username, password, or user credential(s), or any other act or omission that may constitute a breach or failure to comply with the terms of this Section 3.
4. Customer’s Malware Protection. Because Customer Data is provided by Customer and its Authorized Users, Teragonia does not control such Customer Data. Teragonia utilizes commercially reasonable measures to evaluate and scan Customer Data when input or uploaded to the Technology Services, but Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will be Customer’s responsibility to implement, deploy, or utilize industry standard software and solutions to identify, detect, deter, and protect against viruses, malware, ransomware, and other malicious code in any Customer Data, and to protect against the introduction, storage, exposure, or insertion of any malicious code into the Technology Services. Customer will be solely responsible for any damage, interference, or other loss associated with Customer’s failure to adequately safeguard Customer Data against viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.

Before joining Teragonia, Mason was a Senior Analytics Engineer at Cybersecurity MSSP CYDERES where he built a scalable, standardized, and secure analytics architecture for over 300 clients across many industries and consulted with them to deliver insights through bespoke data driven solutions. In addition, he managed the data delivery of the insight platform leveraged by the Security Operations Center to respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
Prior to joining CYDERES, Mason worked in ConocoPhillips’ Analytics and Innovation Center of Excellence holding varied roles within the Data Analytics organization from Data Engineering, to Business Intelligence, and Data Science. He delivered robust data solutions in all operating units for various functions including Engineering and Production, Finance, IT, and more. Including projects to standardize cost and production data across operating units.

Before joining Teragonia, Grace was a part of the data science and business analytics team at Houlihan Lokey. She has excelled in harmonizing, enriching, and analyzing data from diverse sources, providing key insights that enabled private equity investors and portfolio company executives to make rapid, data-driven decisions across the investment lifecycle. She has developed novel analytics solutions, including deal sourcing and evaluation tools for platform investments that employ a buy-and-build or de novo growth strategy, as well as post-close value creation and KPI reporting tools for operators and management teams.
Grace has also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Global Finance and Business Management rotational program, where she built analytics solutions to evaluate banker attrition and KPI reporting within the Global Private Bank.
