Before joining Teragonia, Dom led the “Industrials Manufacturing & Services” vertical for Houlihan Lokey’s Digital Value Creation practice where he helped several leading private equity firms define, test, and refine their investment theses leveraging data analytics.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Dom worked at KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy Analytics practice.  At KPMG, Dom led a practice-wide initiative to increase the speed and consistency of delivery quality on analytics engagements, resulting in significant efficiency improvements.

Dom started his career with KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy rotational program, in their Financial Due Diligence and Accounting Advisory practice, before specializing in data analytics.

Scott is a dedicated data analytics professional with extensive experience across operational and accounting analytics. He has employed analytics solutions in advising private equity and strategic firms, focusing on efficacy and scalability of analysis during diligence and decision-making processes.

Prior to joining Teragonia, Scott led the Business Services and Consumer, Food & Retail industry verticals for Houlihan Lokey’s Digital Value Creation practice where he focused on private equity sell-side diligence preparedness and led development of analysis accelerators to increase speed to insights.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ingram was a manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Analytics group, where he conducted analytics for private equity and strategic clients across both transaction and operational engagements.

Scott started his career in Ernst & Young’s Assurance practice, engaging in efforts to transition the practice toward data-driven audits. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.

Ojas brings over a decade of expertise in cloud-native product development, AI-driven technologies, developer tools, and team leadership. He has a background in leading cross-functional teams to deliver end-user-centric solutions using Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.​

Before joining Teragonia, Ojas served as a Cloud Software Architect and Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation. He designed and executed SaaS product to optimize and evaluate computer vision and generative AI models on Intel CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs within an AWS hybrid cloud environment running across a 200-node data center. He has also managed and mentored diverse engineering teams leveraging the OKR framework for continuous learning, project planning, and execution.​

Throughout his career, he has worked on cutting-edge projects, leading cross-geo teams in areas such as Kubernetes, frontend and backend stacks, DevOps (CI/CD), microservice architecture, AI inferencing pipelines for computer vision, LLM RAG stacks, mixed reality (HMD) experiences, low-latency private 5G deployments, depth-sensing camera middleware SDKs and graphics pipelines (OpenGL/DirectX/Unity). He has extensive experience working across Linux, Windows, iOS and Android platforms.​

Michael is an experienced leader in digital transformation, specializing in advising private equity firms. His innovative approach to analytics and value creation has empowered investors and operators to unlock significant value throughout the investment life cycle. ​

​Before joining Teragonia, Michael played a key role in shaping Houlihan Lokey’s Digital Value Creation practice, where he spearheaded market leading data science advisory engagements to serve private equity firms in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. He later expanded his responsibilities to lead global business development efforts across multiple industries, crafting strategic go-to-market approaches to maximize client value.​

Prior to Houlihan Lokey, he was a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and conducted commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements. Michael began his career in PwC’s M&A consulting practice, where he led performance improvement and value creation projects for private equity and corporate clients.​

Michael serves as an Advisory Board member for the Finance program at Texas A&M University and is actively involved in several state and local social impact and not-for-profit organizations.​

Nick is an experienced consulting manager with a background in identifying, integrating, and applying the right business KPI’s to drive growth.

Prior to Teragonia, Nick worked in deal advisory and corporate strategy roles focusing on leveraging customer-centric metrics to understand the unit economics and commercial prospects of potential M&A targets and corporate product portfolios. These roles provided exposure to a wide range of business functions and go-to-market strategies.

During his tenure at Ernst & Young, Nick provided materials supporting some of the largest technology transactions of the last several years, including the development of a customized customer renewal rates model that supported the deal thesis for a $28B transaction.

Cole is a forward-thinking analytics consultant with extensive experience in advising private equity firms. He specializes in creating innovative and scalable analytics solutions that enhance decision-making processes in PE investments.

Prior to Teragonia, Cole worked in KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy Analytics practice. In his time at KPMG, Cole designed and developed numerous analytics solutions assisting private equity firms with evaluating investment decisions by uncovering key trends and insights from client datasets under tight M&A timelines.

At KPMG, Cole also developed solutions that integrated external consumer credit card and logistics datasets, adding additional value to client analyses. He created scalable dashboard templates that accelerated client delivery and facilitated efficient data exploration. Furthermore, he built client-specific models to allocate costs and provide novel insights into department-level decision profitability for numerous consumer & retail and industrial manufacturing clients.

Cole serves middle school and high school aged students at a local youth ministry and is involved in multiple local volunteer organizations.

Jed is an analytics professional with experience in data analytics, M&A advisory, and financial due diligence.

Prior to joining Teragonia, Jed specialized in M&A analytics at PwC, advising private equity and corporate clients. He led engagements driving scalable value creation by leveraging analytical capabilities with internal and external data. His engagement experience includes developing unit-level pricing recommendations, modeling pro forma impacts, analyzing business performance, and identifying value levers. Jed’s focus is on developing actionable, data-driven, and scalable solutions for clients.

Before specializing in data analytics, Jed worked in the financial due diligence practice at PwC, advising private equity and corporate clients primarily in the industrial manufacturing, retail, and aerospace and defense industries. He focused on developing quality of earnings reports, identifying valuation adjustments, and assessing run-rate business performance. Jed started his career at KPMG’s audit and assurance practice, focusing on publicly traded department retailers and industrial manufacturers.

Grace is a seasoned analytics engineer with specialized expertise in crafting and implementing analytics solutions that drive agile, informed executive decisions in M&A and value creation for private equity-backed companies.

Before joining Teragonia, Grace was a part of the data science and business analytics team at Houlihan Lokey. She has excelled in harmonizing, enriching, and analyzing data from diverse sources, providing key insights that enabled private equity investors and portfolio company executives to make rapid, data-driven decisions across the investment lifecycle. She has developed novel analytics solutions, including deal sourcing and evaluation tools for platform investments that employ a buy-and-build or de novo growth strategy, as well as post-close value creation and KPI reporting tools for operators and management teams.

Grace has also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Global Finance and Business Management rotational program, where she built analytics solutions to evaluate banker attrition and KPI reporting within the Global Private Bank.

Ahmed is analytics professional with experience in data analytics, M&A advisory, and financial due diligence.

Prior to joining Teragonia, Ahmed specialized in M&A analytics at EY, where he advised private equity clients, primarily in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector. He led and supported engagements focused on delivering topline, customer-level analyses, including ARR retention, price-volume dynamics, product attachment rates, white space analysis, and bookings-to-revenue conversion. Additionally, Ahmed spearheaded internal initiatives to commercialize an internal TMT tool for value creations to automate retention analyses presented through Power BI and Excel dashboards, enhanced by an interactive LLM chatbot.

Ahmed holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada.

Vincent is an analytics professional with a proven track record of developing impactful, data-driven solutions under tight deadlines.

At KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy Analytics practice, he collaborated with financial sponsors and corporate clients to design analytics solutions that informed critical investment and strategic decisions. His work covered areas such as operational due diligence, pricing and packaging, whitespace modeling, marketing attribution, and labor forecasting.

With a value-driven approach, Vincent combines analytics engineering and machine learning expertise to extract actionable insights. He has extensive experience in the financial services sector, spanning fintech startups to hedge funds. Additionally, he specializes in leveraging alternative data (e.g. email receipts, geospatial, credit card data, etc.) to create a competitive edge.

Vincent holds an M.S. in Applied Data Science from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Chinmay is an analytics engineer with a background in management consulting, data engineering, and project management. He specializes in delivering analytics-driven insights and strategic market recommendations to drive value creation and operational efficiency of Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining Teragonia, Chinmay was a consultant at ZoomRx Healthcare, where he led strategic market research initiatives to drive market share for clients. He specialized in crafting innovative analytic solutions and optimizing data collection strategies, which drove operational savings. Chinmay collaborated in large cross-functional teams, driving analytics enablement projects tailored to drive commercial growth.

Chinmay holds a Master’s in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Electronic Communications from SRMIST.

Harrison is an analytics engineer with expertise in developing advanced analytics solutions, building scalable data pipelines, and designing robust data marts to drive business and operational efficiency. He specializes in leveraging data to enhance product growth, improve user engagement, and define key performance metrics.

Before joining Teragonia, Harrison worked as a Data Analyst at Wanted Lab, where he leveraged data to enhance platform performance and drive business insights. He played a key role in improving user retention through experimentation and testing, refining engagement strategies, and developing data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making. His work spanned analytics engineering, data modeling, and product analytics.

Prior to Wanted Lab, Harrison was a Business Analyst at Nomura, where he focused on building analytics solutions to support risk management and compliance efforts. He worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop reporting frameworks, monitor key financial metrics, and enhance operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

Mason is an Analytics Engineer with deep experience in data analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity. He brings a proven track record of leading analytics engagements spanning architecture, insights, visualizations, and delivery.

Before joining Teragonia, Mason was a Senior Analytics Engineer at Cybersecurity MSSP CYDERES where he built a scalable, standardized, and secure analytics architecture for over 300 clients across many industries and consulted with them to deliver insights through bespoke data driven solutions. In addition, he managed the data delivery of the insight platform leveraged by the Security Operations Center to respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Prior to joining CYDERES, Mason worked in ConocoPhillips’ Analytics and Innovation Center of Excellence holding varied roles within the Data Analytics organization from Data Engineering, to Business Intelligence, and Data Science. He delivered robust data solutions in all operating units for various functions including Engineering and Production, Finance, IT, and more. Including projects to standardize cost and production data across operating units. 

Mason started his career at The Williams Companies in cybersecurity and transitioned to cybersecurity at ConocoPhillips where he found his passion for Data Analytics through SIEM management, detection engineering, and threat intelligence.

Alexander is a seasoned data science leader with extensive experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions across commercial, government, and defense sectors. With a strong foundation in industrial engineering and cloud-based analytics, he specializes in building scalable data pipelines, deploying predictive models, and automating workflows for high-impact business applications.

Before joining Teragonia, Alexander held senior data science roles where he led the design of end-to-end analytics platforms, architected cloud-native data pipelines, and automated reporting workflows using tools like Spark, AWS, and Azure. He has experience mentoring cross-functional teams and partnering with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Alexander holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He is passionate about leveraging data to uncover growth opportunities, streamline decision-making, and support high-impact financial analysis.

With over 15 years of experience in small and medium-sized startups, Scott is a seasoned expert in designing, optimizing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure. He specializes in automation and embedding security from the ground up, consistently delivering reliable systems tailored to meet dynamic business requirements.

Prior to joining Teragonia, Scott made a significant impact at Sfara, where he built the company’s entire infrastructure from scratch. He engineered systems capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of users with seamless scalability, implemented automated development pipelines, and introduced observability tools to monitor and manage resources effectively. Additionally, Scott led the infrastructure team in achieving ISO27001 security certification, ensuring security was integrated into every aspect of the system and transforming it into a critical asset for business-to-business operations.

Beyond his technical expertise, Scott has a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams. As a Senior DevOps Engineer at FanDuel, he gained invaluable experience in scaling infrastructure and optimizing resources to support millions of daily users, aligning technological capabilities with organizational goals.

Jack is a highly driven, cross functional professional with extensive experience in operations and administration. 

Prior to joining Teragonia, Jack held financial and facilities management roles for Houlihan Lokey, MSL Group/Publicis, and Golin Harris in which managed and created processes and trainings for multiple functional areas ensuring operational and administrative procedures were well planned, efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives while ensuring initiatives, internal events as well as client events propelled employee and client engagement.

Jack holds undergraduate degrees from University of Illinois and Loyola University Chicago and has completed graduate certificates in Business Administration, Strategic Human Resources, and Operations at Cornell, CUNY-Buffalo, and University of Illinois and is in the process of completing a Master’s in Human Resources at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.

Connor is a seasoned systems administrator with extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and cloud technologies. He recently joined Teragonia, where he is focusing on optimizing and improving crucial IT systems to support the company’s growing needs.

Before joining Teragonia, Connor was an integral part of Walker Sands’s IT department for three years, where he played a key role in transitioning the acquisition of two companies’ IT processes and assets under the umbrella of Walker Sands. Connor has been responsible for managing and optimizing critical systems, ensuring smooth operation and fast response times for the firm’s client-facing and internal platforms.

Before this, Connor worked on various IT projects for Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. including renewing entire catalogs of company assets, automating system processes, and building internal knowledge bases. He also provided strategic guidance on A/V Conference initiatives, improving company cross-team communication and bolstering decision-making efforts.

Connor started his career as a key figure of helpdesk support for BCS Financial, before joining Integrated Project Management Company, Inc.

Pauline Chow is a highly experienced data analytics, data engineering, data scientist, and regulatory professional with over significant expertise in building data teams, creating process efficiencies, and generating business value through analytics and statistics.

Before joining Teragonia, she was Head of Data Modeling and Engineering Manager at Thrackle, an R&D blockchain start-up. In this role, she led a team of engineers to design and implement scalable data pipelines for blockchain transactions, wallet data, and testing scenarios for simulation models. Similarly, at Clique Media Group, an ecommerce fashion start-up, she built the first data warehouse, KPI dashboards, and social media analytics to translate technical details into business insights. At Amazon, Pauline implemented key projects as Senior Data Scientist in the Human Resources Talent Management and Device Economics, including standardizing Diversity Equity & Inclusion reporting metrics for executive teams and architected new systems to comply with privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.

Pauline’s diverse background also encompasses regulatory and compliance experiences at the Public Law Center, Safe Routes to School National Partnership, Wisconsin Department of Justice, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Her education includes a M.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, and a B.S. in Statistics with a minor in East Asian Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
