A proven business builder, innovator and M&A advisor with significant global experience, and adept in quantitative techniques and technology, Thomas brings forth a unique set of perspectives and capabilities to boost the systemic efficiency of fast-growing enterprises. Thomas has been a trusted advisor throughout his professional services career to several financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and Fortune 100 corporations, throughout the M&A life cycle from deal sourcing, deal execution, post-close value creation, to exit.

Prior to founding Teragonia, Thomas worked at Houlihan Lokey for five years where he established two successful and fast-growing practices from the ground up, including a traditional financial due diligence practice as well as a sophisticated data science practice. At Houlihan Lokey, he led the design and development of a fit-for-purpose, cutting-edge, and highly secure data science technology platform capable of hosting thousands of users and supporting several hundred clients. Leveraging the platform, he innovated several scalable and quickly deployable analytics applications creating significant value for the financial sponsor clients. Examples include various analytics and data science applications for deal sourcing, greenfield growth strategy, price optimization, salesforce effectiveness, customer retention, workforce rationalization, and location performance optimization.

Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Thomas spent more than a decade at Ernst & Young working in the Assurance, M&A Diligence and Strategy Consulting practices across the Atlantic.

Weimen Li

A seasoned technologist and proven innovator, Weimen leverages his broad and deep expertise in data science, deep learning, software development, cybersecurity, information technology systems, and automation engineering to build the technology infrastructure and scalable applications that solve complex business problems quickly.


In his previous role as an Enterprise Architect at Houlihan Lokey, Weimen engineered a fit-for-purpose, cutting-edge, and highly secure data science technology platform capable of hosting thousands of users and supporting several hundred clients. He coordinated extensively with the CIO’s office and the engineering teams of multiple technology majors and brought the platform online within nine months from conception; a significant accomplishment given this was the first major foray into a cloud-hosted platform for a global public investment bank with a multi billion-dollar market capitalization. 


Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Weimen was a Research Engineer at ExxonMobil. As an accomplished machine learning engineer and technology leader, he spearheaded a research project to utilize computer vision methods in achieving closed-loop control of manufacturing processes while working closely with innovators in ExxonMobil’s IT organization to productionize the model in downstream operating plants. His work there led to U.S. Patent No. 17/126151, “SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF MONITORING AND CONTROLLING AN INDUSTRIAL PROCESS”.

Dr. Sai Mali Ananthanarayanan

An accomplished applied mathematician with a deep expertise in quantitative machine learning, statistics, and optimization techniques, Dr. Mali is the Chief Data Scientist of Teragonia, where he leads a team of data scientists and operations researchers. Prior to Teragonia, he was a Senior Staff Data Scientist and Vice President at Houlihan Lokey. 

Dr. Mali holds a PhD in Operations Research from Columbia University, New York where he was affiliated with the Data Science Institute. His research expertise spanned a variety of large-scale real-world business problems. With GE Research, he developed novel algorithms for recovering from airline disruptions at the scale of an entire flight network for major global airlines. In collaboration with the NYC Mayor’s Office of the CTO, he developed models for managing elevator queues efficiently in high-rise buildings, based on data from NYC government’s largest office building. He has solved problems on large portfolio optimization with multidimensional constraints with Barclays.

Dr. Mali also completed an integrated Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras, the #1 Engineering school in India, and a Masters in Optimization from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Kyle Rasmussen

Kyle is a seasoned business intelligence leader, with a well-rounded and extensive experience as an M&A advisor and Data Analytics expert at a global consulting firm, and as an investor and operator at a private equity firm.

Before joining Teragonia, Kyle was an integral part of EY’s Strategy and Transactions – Data and Analytics practice leadership for five years. In this capacity, he led the practice’s strategic transition to cloud infrastructure to significantly amplify the speed of delivery and depth of insights using advanced data analytics techniques. He has advised several leading PE and strategic investors on more than 80 buy and sell side M&A transactions with deal values ranging from $10 million to $52 billion, as well as numerous value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining EY’s Data and Analytics group Kyle worked at Lake Capital as an investor and operator. As a key member of Lake Capital’s investment team, Kyle has sourced and executed M&A transactions, and led portfolio company value creation initiatives and exit preparation. He also functioned as an operator at one of Lake Capital’s significant portfolio investments, where he led the finance function, operational transformation initiatives across multiple verticals, and integration efforts for several add-on acquisitions.

Kyle started his career at Ernst & Young’s Assurance practice and transitioned to the M&A Due Diligence practice, before joining Lake Capital.

Troy is an experienced analytics executive with over a decade of expertise in leveraging and activating data to drive value creation. As a founding member of EY’s Strategy and Transactions – Data Analytics practice, he was instrumental in advancing data-driven M&A due diligence and growth strategies tailored for private equity clients. He played a key role in scaling the practice from 5 to over 100 professionals and served on more than 20 private equity accounts with assets under management ranging from $500 million to $150 billion.

Throughout his eleven-year tenure, Troy advised on over 150 transactions, ranging from $5 million to $50 billion, including several multi-billion dollar cross-border deals and carve-outs. He helped clients unlock insights that drove immediate results and long-term competitive advantages. Additionally, he co-led the development of analytics frameworks, standard operating procedures and innovative tools for business diligence for EY globally, and he led the design and implementation of a cutting edge AI-enabled diligence platform and automation tool.

Troy is recognized for his innovative approach, leadership, and exemplary performance in the analytics field. His strong foundation in finance and accounting, combined with his commitment to data-driven decision-making, makes him a strategic partner for clients navigating today’s evolving, data-rich landscape.

Before joining Teragonia, Dom led the “Industrials Manufacturing & Services” vertical for Houlihan Lokey’s Digital Value Creation practice where he helped several leading private equity firms define, test, and refine their investment theses leveraging data analytics.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Dom worked at KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy Analytics practice.  At KPMG, Dom led a practice-wide initiative to increase the speed and consistency of delivery quality on analytics engagements, resulting in significant efficiency improvements.

Dom started his career with KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy rotational program, in their Financial Due Diligence and Accounting Advisory practice, before specializing in data analytics.

Prior to Aimpoint, Kevin led various end-to-end Data Science and analytic projects at Zurich North America. Ojas brings over a decade of expertise in cloud-native product development, AI-driven technologies, developer tools, and team leadership. He has a background in leading cross-functional teams to deliver end-user-centric solutions using Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

Before joining Teragonia, Ojas served as a Cloud Software Architect and Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation. He designed and executed SaaS product to optimize and evaluate computer vision and generative AI models on Intel CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs within an AWS hybrid cloud environment running across a 200-node data center. He has also managed and mentored diverse engineering teams leveraging the OKR framework for continuous learning, project planning, and execution.

Throughout his career, he has worked on cutting-edge projects, leading cross-geo teams in areas such as Kubernetes, frontend and backend stacks, DevOps (CI/CD), microservice architecture, AI inferencing pipelines for computer vision, LLM RAG stacks, mixed reality (HMD) experiences, low-latency private 5G deployments, depth-sensing camera middleware SDKs and graphics pipelines (OpenGL/DirectX/Unity). Michael Luu

Before joining Teragonia, Mason was a Senior Analytics Engineer at Cybersecurity MSSP CYDERES where he built a scalable, standardized, and secure analytics architecture for over 300 clients across many industries and consulted with them to deliver insights through bespoke data driven solutions. In addition, he managed the data delivery of the insight platform leveraged by the Security Operations Center to respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Prior to joining CYDERES, Mason worked in ConocoPhillips’ Analytics and Innovation Center of Excellence holding varied roles within the Data Analytics organization from Data Engineering, to Business Intelligence, and Data Science. He delivered robust data solutions in all operating units for various functions including Engineering and Production, Finance, IT, and more. Including projects to standardize cost and production data across operating units. 

Mason started his career at The Williams Companies in cybersecurity and transitioned to cybersecurity at ConocoPhillips where he found his passion for Data Analytics through SIEM management, detection engineering, and threat intelligence.

Nick Hosler

Prior to Teragonia, Nick worked in deal advisory and corporate strategy roles focusing on leveraging customer-centric metrics to understand the unit economics and commercial prospects of potential M&A targets and corporate product portfolios. These roles provided exposure to a wide range of business functions and go-to-market strategies.

During his tenure at Ernst & Young, Nick provided materials supporting some of the largest technology transactions of the last several years, including the development of a customized customer renewal rates model that supported the deal thesis for a $28B transaction.

Ahmed Habib

Chinmay collaborated in large cross-functional teams, driving analytics enablement projects tailored to drive commercial growth.

In this role, he developed and implemented innovative machine learning solutions to address industry challenges, which led to transformative changes and business success. He played a pivotal role in driving the machine learning and AI strategy within his business unit. Before transitioning to Data Science, he worked as a systems engineer at Raytheon, contributing to the development of avionics systems for business jets.

Naveen Suresh specializes in generative AI and has experience in training large language models. His research interests broadly lie in the fields of natural language processing and multimodal machine learning.

Prior to pursuing his graduate studies at Carnegie Mellon, he worked at Morgan Stanley India, where he contributed to building their flagship high frequency trading engines as a low-latency C++ developer.

Naveen obtained his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from PES University, India, where he did research on generative AI and reinforcement learning for computational de-novo drug discovery.

With over 15 years of experience in small and medium-sized startups, Scott is a seasoned expert in designing, optimizing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure. He specializes in automation and embedding security from the ground up, consistently delivering reliable systems tailored to meet dynamic business requirements.

Prior to joining Teragonia, Scott made a significant impact at Sfara, where he built the company’s entire infrastructure from scratch. He engineered systems capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of users with seamless scalability, implemented automated development pipelines, and introduced observability tools to monitor and manage resources effectively. Additionally, Scott led the infrastructure team in achieving ISO27001 security certification, ensuring security was integrated into every aspect of the system and transforming it into a critical asset for business-to-business operations.

Beyond his technical expertise, Scott has a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams. As a Senior DevOps Engineer at FanDuel, he gained invaluable experience in scaling infrastructure and optimizing resources to support millions of daily users, aligning technological capabilities with organizational goals.

Jack Amedio

Jack is a highly driven, cross functional professional with extensive experience in operations and administration. 

Prior to joining Teragonia, Jack held financial and facilities management roles for Houlihan Lokey, MSL Group/Publicis, and Golin Harris in which managed and created processes and trainings for multiple functional areas ensuring operational and administrative procedures were well planned, efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives while ensuring initiatives, internal events as well as client events propelled employee and client engagement.

Jack holds undergraduate degrees from University of Illinois and Loyola University Chicago and has completed graduate certificates in Business Administration, Strategic Human Resources, and Operations at Cornell, CUNY-Buffalo, and University of Illinois and is in the process of completing a Master’s in Human Resources at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.

Connor Kerrigan

Seasoned systems administrator with extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and cloud technologies. 

Connor is a seasoned systems administrator with extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and cloud technologies. He recently joined Teragonia, where he is focusing on optimizing and improving crucial IT systems to support the company’s growing needs.

Before joining Teragonia, Connor was an integral part of Walker Sands’s IT department for three years, where he played a key role in transitioning the acquisition of two companies’ IT processes and assets under the umbrella of Walker Sands. Connor has been responsible for managing and optimizing critical systems, ensuring smooth operation and fast response times for the firm’s client-facing and internal platforms.

Before this, Connor worked on various IT projects for Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. including renewing entire catalogs of company assets, automating system processes, and building internal knowledge bases. He also provided strategic guidance on A/V Conference initiatives, improving company cross-team communication and bolstering decision-making efforts.

Connor started his career as a key figure of helpdesk support for BCS Financial, before joining Integrated Project Management Company, Inc.

Tyler Estes

Tyler is a highly experienced data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, and data science professional with significant expertise in building resilient and scalable analytical solutions that drive actionable insights and create business value.

Before joining Teragonia, Tyler operated as a senior data engineer within Amazon. In this role, Tyler led the design and implementation of numerous data pipelines that captured customer engagement telemetry and transformed it into hygienic and actionable data models to support business intelligence and anti-exploit efforts. Prior to Amazon, Tyler was a data engineering and data science leader at Credera, a professional services firm. During his time at Credera, Tyler harbored a highly technical skill set that allowed him to operate on over two dozen projects during his six years that varied from implementing data engineering pipelines, building robust data architectures, operating and tuning AI models, and supporting business intelligence efforts through defining KPIs and building corresponding dashboards. Prior to Credera, Tyler was a delivery consultant for Quorum Business Solutions, an energy utilities professional services firm based in Houston, where he supported and led clients in implementing software to capture, track, and report on their production data.

Tyler is passionate about lifelong learning and helping others improve their technical skill sets. During his tenure at Credera, he founded and led the first Data Science and Data Engineering Special Interest Group that regularly met to discuss relevant topics, deep dive into the latest technologies, and work on practical projects to grow attendees’ expertise. Tyler graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering.
